The Federal Government has FG to report fraudulent activities in housing estates, submit evidence, and track the status of their complaints in real time.
According to a statement by the Ministry, the portal which is accessible via Reports.Fmhud.Gov.Ng offers a safe and user-friendly platform for citizens to file complaints, upload supporting documents, and monitor how their reports are handled by the authorities.
The Ministry emphasised that fraudulent practices within housing estates will no longer be tolerated and reported cases will be reviewed in partnership with professional bodies, law enforcement agencies, and the judiciary. It also warned that perpetrators will be made to face full legal consequences.
The Housing Fraud Reporting Portal, launched by the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development is designed to tackle rising cases of real estate scams and improve transparency in the sector.
