King Ochacho Calls ₦400m Mansion Gift ‘Small Money’, Announces More Giveaways

Nigerian real estate billionaire King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has revealed that the ₦400 million mansion he gifted content creators Peller and Jarvis at their wedding is only the beginning of more generous giveaways.

Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, just days after the couple’s star-studded wedding in Lagos, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes described the luxury property as “small money” compared to what he plans to do in the future.

According to Ochacho, the idea to buy the Abuja mansion came after discussions with his children, who recommended that the newlyweds live around Palace 7, one of Abuja’s most exclusive residential areas where homes are valued at over ₦400 million.

The surprise gift, announced during the wedding ceremony, stunned guests and quickly became one of the biggest talking points on social media. An emotional Peller recalled that he had jokingly invited Ochacho to his wedding when they met months earlier at music executive Soso Soberekon’s wedding, never expecting him to attend or present such an expensive gift.

Beyond the mansion, Ochacho disclosed that he has more giveaways planned. To promote the music career of his son, Ice King, he announced a social media challenge where 30 winners will receive ₦100,000 each for creating the best videos using the singer’s latest song. The winners are expected to be announced on August 9 and August 16.

He also revealed that his son’s upcoming 13th birthday will be marked with another round of philanthropy, including the payment of school fees for selected members of the public.

King Mohamed Adah built his fortune through Ochacho Real Homes, a real estate company based in Abuja. His public support for Peller and Jarvis, combined with his recent acts of generosity, has significantly boosted his profile, making him one of the most talked-about businessmen in Nigeria.
