My dear brothers, sisters, comrades, and esteemed members of our great political family, most especially the good people of Abia North, down to my great constituents Ohafia/Arochukwu Federal constituency.
My attention has been drawn to the growing expressions of support and solidarity from across our constituency and beyond, particularly the circulation of campaign flyers and public calls urging me to contest for the Senate seat of Abia North and the House of Representatives for Ohafia/Arochukwu Federal Constituency in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
I am deeply humbled by this overwhelming show of confidence, trust, and belief in my capacity to serve. Such gestures are not taken for granted, and they reaffirm the strength of our shared ideals, collective aspirations, and unwavering comradeship.
At this critical moment, I wish to respectfully inform my supporters, stakeholders, and the general public that wide-ranging consultations are currently ongoing. These engagements are essential to ensure that any decision taken reflects the collective interest of our people, aligns with our long-term vision, and upholds the principles of inclusive and purposeful leadership.
In due course, and at the appropriate time soon, I will formally declare and communicate my intentions publicly.
I therefore urge all my supporters and political associates to remain calm, focused, and resolute. Let us continue to strengthen our bonds in the spirit of party unity, discipline, and high comradeship that has always defined our movement.
Furthermore, I call on you all and every well-meaning Nigerians, members of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), to remain steadfast in their support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. Together, we must continue to work towards consolidating the gains of this administration while preparing diligently for a resounding victory in the 2027 general elections.
