Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi has openly called on Fulham to bring back Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson.
Nelson, 25, spent last season on loan at Fulham, where he managed two goals and one assist in 12 appearances before a hamstring injury cut his campaign short.
Speaking to the Evening Standard, Iwobi said:
“His style is explosive, very sharp. Everyone at Fulham wants him back. Hopefully, he returns fit and healthy. I’m not his agent, but I would love to see him here again.”
The pair were once teammates in Arsenal’s youth set-up. Nelson has made 90 senior appearances for the Gunners, scoring eight goals.
