The Nigeria Police Academy in Wu-dil, Kano State, has reaffirmed that its application process for admission into the 12th Regular Course Degree Programmes remains valid and ongoing.
This clarification came today through a statement issued by Bolaji Kazeem, Director of Information and Public Relations at the Ministry of Police Affairs, on behalf of the academy.
Kazeem stated that the admission process is being conducted in full compliance with the regulations of the National Universities Commission NUC and the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs.
Reacting to a recent disclaimer issued by the Police Service Commission PSC on July 31, 2025, the ministry described the statement as misleading and legally baseless, stressing that the PSC has no constitutional role in the university’s admission process.
Kazeem urged the general public and prospective applicants to disregard the PSC’s statement, assuring that the online application portal remains open as previously advertised.
