At a point in time in our political lives,we must live beyond sentiments, emotional biasness,personal hates and look at issues critically above hearsay or public perception of the person involved.
Today, between Gov.Makinde and minister Wike who is truly on the right part for the party (PDP) restoration ahead of 2027?
For me, I am not a lawyer.But I believed any product or outcome of the 2025 IBADAN convention of the PDP remained invalid, unknown and inconsequential before the law and this might eventually lead to nullidity of every process and procedures of any future engagement by the party members/ candidates across the nation May end the party in a null and void exercise in futility.
It’s not possible to put something on nothing and expect it stand except we are still deceiving ourselves here while pretending to be lovers of PDP and I believed whoever is relying on the national Exco of the 2025 IBADAN convention is not conscious of the law nor critically thinking enough about the law and it consequences over a convention that was held against the decisions of two subsisting judgements of the federal high courts of Nigeria?., And you find a supposed matured Nigerians applauding such Exco as legitimate to an extent of resorting to self-help by forcefuI invasion into national headquarters of the PDP Abuja instead of seeking legal pursuit to appeal the judgements against their convention?.
This is misleading, baseless, slippery and unfathomable claims of inexisting entitlements.
Obviously, apart from sentiment or unnecessary emotions, maintaining the Exco of 2025 IBADAN convention without a legal backings remained one of the easiest ways to bury PDP nationally in favour of the APC, because we might not have any legitimate aspirants or candidates to victory come 2027 general elections being superintendent under an illegal and unknown umpire led by SAN Turaki before the law.
However,at this point why I prefer WIKE’s angle is his legal pursuit to give us a recognized national structure that will give our intending aspirants a legal fittings and validation to aspire under the party without fear of being removed by the court on the grounds of not having a legitimate party’s national structure after winning from the field. This is exactly what WIKE stance and for me,it doesn’t matter who constitute the national Exco body whether Wike allies or not is immaterial now,but how legitimate and known before the law and all the relevant institutions to political party’s affiliations and political participations remains our collective yearnings for a formidable opposition platform against the APC.
This is why,I doubt many opposing voices,when accusing minister Wike of trying to kill or betray the PDP holistically for the APC ahead of 2027 otherwise the IBADAN convention illegal Exco would have been allowed to function actively while waiting for them after general elections in court,but minister Wike is rather taking a legal fight to legitimize a national body of the party (PDP) that will be recognized by the law to pilot the party affairs at the national that will eventually lead the party to an overwhelming victory come 2027.
Honestly, what we need to win an election today in Nigeria under PDP is not whether or not that we know members of the true constituted national Exco,but a formidable platform guided by the law to guarantee our future aspirations under the party and nothing more, and that’s what Wike stands and the fears of his overriding impending domineering in the party is not enough to debunk the humongous fortunes and advantages his disposition can afford us back to power at least 60% by 2027 and I believed more governors, Senates,reps and House of Assembly positions will all emerge come 2027 under PDP.
This is what should concern us more as PDP members and concerns citizens of our dear country, Nigeria rather than insisting to know who , where and how the national legimate Exco that is acknowledged by the law is going to be constituted shouldn’t be our worries.But their legitimacy is our top priority today except those who are still wallowing in political neophyte syndrome and political obscurity.
Let us wait for better days ahead, as the reality gets unfold in favour of our great Party PDP.
We are bouncing back greatly to victory and mere men wouldn’t understand it now,but certainly is going to happen soon.

I will prefer Wike agitations to give PDP national a constitutional and lawful Exco than allowing emotions to direct me blindly.
