Flying Eagles head coach Aliyu Zubairu says Nigeria is determined to make history at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.
The tournament will run from September 17 to October 19, with the Nigerian side currently in camp in Abuja as preparations enter a new phase.
The Flying Eagles will compete in Group F alongside Norway, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia.
Nigeria has reached the final of the competition twice — in 1989, losing to Portugal, and in 2005, when Lionel Messi’s Argentina denied them the trophy.
They begin their campaign against Norway on September 29, face Saudi Arabia on October 3, and conclude the group stage with a clash against Colombia on October 6.
