22 contestants, 10 weeks, unlimited talent: De9jaspirit Talent Hunt Season 4 begins

The curtain has finally lifted on Season 4 of De9jaspirit Talent Hunt (DTH), Africa’s biggest platform for raw and diverse creativity. This year, 22 contestants are set to battle it out over 10 electrifying weeks for glory, life-changing prizes, and international recognition.

Since its debut, DTH has unearthed extraordinary talents — from Konstance, who won Season 1 with her soulful vocals, to Exoduz Dance Crew, who dazzled in Season 3 with their unmatched choreography. Each season has raised the bar, producing stars who continue to shape Nigeria’s entertainment scene.

Season 4 is bolder, fresher, and more inclusive. For the first time, DTH took its auditions directly to Nigerian universities through a nationwide campus tour, scrapping registration fees to ensure that talent, not money, decides who makes the cut. Students at UNIPORT, UNIBEN, UNIABUJA, UNILAG, and IMT Enugu witnessed live campus auditions that filtered the best 22 acts for the main show.

This year’s lineup is as diverse as it is dazzling: powerhouse singers like Chris Vic and Glory Henry, spoken-word artists like The Global Poet, side-splitting comedians like Da Messenger, magicians, dancers, contortionists, and even a saxophonist ready to bring goosebumps.

At stake is a staggering ₦30 million grand prize, with ₦7 million and ₦3 million for the first and second runners-up. Weekly winners will pocket ₦500,000, keeping the competition intense right to the end.

Guiding the journey is a star-studded panel: BBNaija’s Liquorose, rap icon Vector, Nollywood star Ini Edo, and actor IK Ogbonna, with the energetic VJ Adams as host.

From September 7 to November 9, 2025, viewers can catch the action weekly on Soundcity TV, Africa Magic Family, and the DTH App. Expect drama, laughs, thrills, and performances that will leave jaws dropping as Africa’s biggest talent stage lights up once again.
