The United Kingdom has announced that Israeli government officials will not be invited to attend the DSEI UK 2025 arms fair in London next month, marking a significant shift in diplomatic relations between the two nations over the ongoing Gaza conflict.
This was confirmed by the UK Ministry of Defence in a statement released to newsmen today, While Israeli defence companies will still be permitted to participate in the biennial defence exhibition, the Israeli government strongly condemned the decision, calling it discrimination.
The ministry further announced that, in response, Israel will withdraw entirely from the exhibition, including plans for a national pavilion.
