A fire outbreak at actress Iyabo Ojo’s Lagos office has raised suspicions of foul play after her daughter, Priscilla, alleged it was a targeted attack.
The blaze, which gutted parts of the building on Tuesday evening, came weeks after the family received a threat letter during Priscilla’s lavish wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
Posting a video of the charred office, Iyabo Ojo expressed gratitude that no lives were lost, while Priscilla accused an anonymous group of trying to ruin her marriage and intimidate her family.
The police are investigating, and CCTV surveillance has been increased at the family’s home and office.
